1) All database content (basically everything that is specific to your site that you have the ability to edit in the CMS) is backed up nightly, and stored at Rackspace. We also keep an offsite backup of all databases.
2) We have a hardware firewall at Rackspace that prevents intrusions, and the Rackspace team also monitors ports and unauthorized attempts to access the system.
3) The Content Management System (CMS) is encrypted with SSL. This means that the session between your computer and our CMS is secure.
4) All websites are encrypted with SSL, encrypting traffic between your website and your visitors.
