We highly recommend Typeform. We have used them to build dozens of forms and recommend them without hesitation. Once your Typeform is set up, you can easily embed or link to it from within your website.
TO EMBED YOUR FORM
From within the Typeform interface:
1) Create your form, then click Share.
2) Click the Embed in a web page button.
3) Click your preferred embed style and customize the options beneath.
4) Click the embed icon.
5) Click the copy button. This will copy the embed code to your computer's clipboard.
6) Log in to the Herald CMS, open up the page where you'd like to add your embed, and place the cursor where you'd like the embed to go. Type in the word FORM.
7) Click the HTML button.
8) Locate this in your code and highlight it.
9) Paste in your embed code, replacing the code you highlighted in step 8.
10) Click the green Update button.
11) Click the green Publish button.
12) Your embedded Typeform will now appear on your website.
TO LINK TO YOUR FORM
From within the Typeform interface:
1) Create your form, then click Share.
2) Click the Copy link button.
3) Log in to the Herald CMS, open up the page where you'd like to create your link, highlight the text or image you'd like to link, and click the link button.
4) Click Url, then paste the Typeform link into the URL box. If you'd like to open the link in a new browser tab, check the Open in new tab checkbox. Click the green Add Link button.
5) Click the green Publish button.
6) Your embedded Typeform will now appear on your website.
